A New Chapter for cloth + home

The red-brick corner building at 610 Dempster Street, cloth + home lettered across its two front windows under a shade tree

Dear Friends,

Well, it finally happened! cloth + home has officially opened its doors at 610 Dempster and welcomed its very first customers in this new location.

Our reopening was simultaneously a blast and a blur—not unlike this entire year. How is it possible that summer is already here and the year is nearly half over?

Our reopening party was incredible thanks to the efforts of so many people: family, friends, volunteers, talented designers, and you, the community that continues to support small businesses. We are especially grateful to designers Parron, Fernanda, and Anjali, who hosted in-house trunk shows, along with fiber artist Robin Ryan and the many other designers who came out in support. Shout out to Kinsco, who provided the yummy treats. I am excited to share that they will be popping up in the shop one Saturday every month!

If you haven’t visited yet, I invite you to stop by. Inside, you’ll find a beautiful, curated selection of independent designers who intentionally produce in small batches, as well as some who create truly one-of-a-kind pieces.

Sharing their stories is at the heart of what we do, and we hope to inspire more thoughtful purchasing through meaningful connections to the people and process behind each item.

Thank you for being part of this exciting new chapter. We can’t wait to welcome you into the shop.
